Report Details

The team arrived on what was a cold damp wet  evening around 10.30pm. The building ffrom the outside was amqzing and all could not wait to get started. While checking and setting up the equipment a photograph was taken to reveal the room was a mass with orbs. dust was ruled out due to the place being so damp,  after the walk about all returned to the hub to discuss the evenings plan, its then that a second picture was taken in the same area, suprise suprise no orbs. Because this building has stood empty for so many years had our presence infact sent the spirits into hiding !! ,

The investigation started with the team splitting into two, Vince Gary and Peter set off to one area upstairs while Tony Carl  Rose and Kim ventured to the basement.  whilst in a large room upstairs Gary went to walk pass Vince and  peter, for some unknown reason Gary just lost his balance having to catch hold of peter to prevent himself from tumbling over. Peter claimed that it nearly pulled him over too and what ever it seemed to be was very strong.  Gary stated that he felt light headed and quite weak. The team decided to continue to look around, Vince said that he could hear what seemed to be bed springs moving as if someone was jumping on a bed. Soon all three could hear the same noise BUT it was found to be just the frame work of the camper blowing in the wind outside. Nothing was being  picked up in the basement by the other team so a short break was decided.

It was decided to group together for while and Rose began to sask out for any spirits to come forward, different members took photograpghs from various positions, all captured the same orb floating towards Roses hand.  This giving it a solid structure.

Carl and Tony asked for the others to come into a small room to see if what they felt could also be picked up by anybody else. Gary said that he started to feel a bit light headed again and it was suggested by Vince for Tony to stand close to  in case Gary lost his balance again. and surely he did, But for some reason  this time he fell srtaight to the ground, how or why  we do not know only it happened  so quicky Tony had no time to grab hold.  back on his feet Carl noticed that Gary was standing in exactly the same posture as Tonty was in early. Vince suggested we quickly perform a seance, a circle was formed and Gary began to ask out, to affect someone else, and if he was that strong push Carl,. Peter and Gary said that it felt as though he was leaning forward, but Carl was sure that he was going backwards.  It was then noticed that all were standing with thier kness bent, all said that it felt comfortable this way and that it did not feel right to stand with straight legs. Gary then asked the out for the spirit that was affecting the team to do something else, at that very moment the motion sensor that was downstairs went off. ( all team members were together ) Everybody raced downstairs , nothing had been move,  the door was shut, a fire extinguisher was placed infront of the door, this was still in place. All attemps were made to try and set the sensor off, Vince said that this can not be triggered off accidently, that it was fail safe. We have no idea as to what caused this incident. Other things picked up within the building were the names/words  " princess and bear or bair also a little girl that seemed to tug at Peters leg. But due to a lack of history relating to this impresive building nothing can be confirmed.

REPORT UPDATE

After nearly 2 years since the investigation took place the following facts have came to light. Georga Benjamin Linch who was the master of the Victoria and Albert docks. He was born on the 27th July 1826 and died october 23 1917. His first wife Annie Allison died on 17 october 1875 aged 49 years at Pier Head. Their son George Benjamin died on 16 october 1880 at Pier Head House, Plaistow aged 22 years. George Benjamin senior's second wife Sarah Elizabeth Bear died  30 october 1890 aged 54 years at Dock Masters House, Royal Albert Dock, North Woolwich. ( this is the building next door. the one we have not investigated yet ) Their son Joseph Henry was born 31 March at Pier Head, Victoria Dock. All this information is taken from the births/deaths certificates If you look at the last few lines of the report ( remember nearly 2 years  ago ) Vince kept on getting the word/name of BEAR. Vinces name/word BEAR .................... connection ............................... Sarah Elizabeth BEAR we all thought this may have been an animal and even had a little laugh, but remember it doesn't matter how funny something may sound, ............................... it might just be RIGHT.
