Built in the late 1800's after the holding prison was demolished. The cellar of the Tavern still has some of the cells from these days as a prison.
The investigatiion began at 11pm and within a short time member Ricki was walking across the room when he screemed out and grasped the back of his neck complaining that it felt like he had been badly slapped or stung, on inspection we discovered a red mark
about 2 inches long by 1 inch wide. the mark was hot to touch and gradually faded away as the evening went on.
Raymond reported being in contact with the energy of a female spirit who was supossedly telling him that she was murdered by a group of women. Later we discovered that in the early 1900's Prostitutes frequently used the tavern as a meeting place and and its believed that its one of these women who was murdered in the ladies toilets. Its unclear who killed her but by popular belief she was murdered by other prostitutes who's regular patch she was infringing
During a vigil in the cellar more more than half the team witnessed
what seemed to be a large yellow light move from one side of the of the cellar to the other.
It was agreed by those who saw it that it was similar to that of a lantern.
Later PSI learnt that many members of staff have seen an apparition
of a large man carrying what looks like a lantern !!!
On inspection what seems to be a double orb was captured right in front of him.
